1.Green Super Antioxidant CBD Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons cacao
  • Small handful almonds
  • Small handful cashews
  • ½ can full-fat coconut milk
  • ¼- ½ cup of almond milk
  • 15mg+ CBD oil tincture 

Instructions:

Place banana, kale, spinach, kale, cashews, almonds, coconut milk, and almond milk in a blender and mix. Add cinnamon, cacao, and CBD oil and blend for a few more seconds.

2.CBD Tea for Sleep

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup distilled water
  • 1 tablespoon chamomile leaves
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 15mg+ CBD oil tincture

Instructions:

Boil purified water in a bowl. Add the chamomile and allow the leaves to steep for about 5 minutes. Pour the flower water into a mug. Add in your CBD tincture. Pour the honey and milk in and mix.

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup coconut milk (may sub 1 cup coconut milk and omit coconut water)
  • ½ cup raw beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1-3 teaspoons cacao
  • 1-3 teaspoons honey or CBD-infused honey
  • 15mg+ CBD oil tincture 

Instructions:

Put the beets, berries, banana, coconut water, and coconut milk in a blender and mix well. Add honey, cacao, and CBD oil and blend for a few seconds until all ingredients are fully fused.
